Mirror
In this age of mass choice how might we help young people aged 16-24 align their careers with their identity [identity here being their interests and ambitions] by making more informed choices that will ensure their overall wellbeing and happiness?

Intro
With a play on the service name – Mirror, the app works as a split screen to swipe up or down for personal or professional development. It allows you to swiftly input data by connecting your LinkedIn account

Onboarding
The interaction of this app is inspired by dating apps and recreated for a personalised job search that would help young adults find jobs they are suited for and also interested in. The interaction of swiping as a gesture is already familiar with users. This was a prototype tested among university students as well as early to late 20 year olds.

Features
Within the Personal and Professional sections there is a Discover section where curated content in the form of articles, podcasts and videos are collected based on the on-boarding questions. With increases in NPS scores and click rates the app will be able to generate smarter content. There is also a connect feature that allows users to collaborate on projects with other people to build their CV strength. Finally there is a Reflect section that helps users reflect on their growth and development.

Track
You can also access your history and receive stats on your growth as you lear. All features are repeated in a similar manner in the Professional section. You can view the entire interaction below.
